What a wonderful day at CitiChurch!!!  Had a great time celebrating Hispanic Heritage Day! 

Message today was on seizing the God opportunities from The Lord!

We must seize the divine opportunities from God or we will begin to live in regret and condemnation!  We learned From John 21, what happens when we allow failure to get in our spirit and walk away from God's divine opportunities.  In this story we learn a few things:

• When we walk away from God we usually end up going back to the things that God delivered from.  John 21:3 Peter went back to fishing
• When we walk away from God it will influence those close to us.  When Peter went fishing the Bible says that the disciples decided to abandon what God called them to do and they also went fishing.
• Walking away from God will often leave you living a life of emptiness!  You might have some success but it will leave you empty inside!
• Thank God that the Lord will never give up on us.
• In John 218... the Lord shows up and invites His disciple to eat with him and at that moment He begins the restoration of Peter.

After the service we had a banquet of foods from the hispanic nations in our church.  Over 16 Hispanic nations represented in our banquet.  All was delicious!
