I want to thank the Citi Church family for all that you do to live for the Lord. We are living in a time where many have allowed culture to dictate their beliefs and their convictions. But I believe that there are still some that have chosen to pursue the Lord no matter the cost. I thank you for your fervent desire to live for the Lord and allowing Him to continue to work you just as He is working on me. I guess He is doing a complete work on us.
Tomorrow we will conclude the Matthew 6 e have learned to Seek the Kingdom!
Next week we will begin a series titled: Christmas Lights
In early Christian times, a blessing was said every time the household lamps were lighted. As the spark ignited the wick, the lamplighter would say, "Praise God, who sends us the light of heaven". That in a nutshell, is the intention of this series . It is to praise God, who indeed has sent us the Light of heaven-Jesus Christ, who has become the Light of the world. In the calm glitter of a quiet moment, we discover the sparkle of this light. And we sense that the darkness can no longer frighten us or cause us pain. I invite you join us at Citi Church to remember Jesus Christ as the light of the world every time you see Christmas lights.
